Hi guys.

Im in need of the following files because I wasnt able to find them anywhere online nor in my CSGO folder:

models/props_junk/watermelon01.mdl
materials/sprites/laserbeam.vmt

Are these default model and sprites which I dont need to add to my server and can still use in plugins? I've heard that there are some models/sprites etc. that I dont need to have as they are directly stored in CSGO somewhere and somehow?

Thanks.

Stock assets are packed into the pak01_xxx.vpk files in the csgo directory

You can use GCFScape to open the pak01_dir.vpk file to view and extract all assets.

You can treat the assets as if they're in the models/materials folder on the server but you will most likely need to precache them in your plugin first, if they aren't already used by the map.
