So I got one of the new Singapore Dedicated servers from OVH

I'm hosting only 1 server with 12 slots@128-tick, 5v5 and 2 coaches. I added the performance.cfg file from this forum and it didn't change anything.

This isn't my first server so I don't think it's any of my cfgs. However here are my settings :

Here's a screenshot of the net_graph when there isn't much action happening. During times with gunfights it spikes to red(for a very short while though).

Cheaper than other providers that provide ddos protection.

This issue happened before performance.cfg, decided to add it and it didn't make a difference. So I doubt that's what causing it. Regardless, I'll remove it later and see how it goes.

You have only 3TB and when you reached your limit OvH cut your connection to 10 mb/s
OVh add more servers in Asia soon (Game Range) but with same crap connection, because they so angry.

Don't think it has anything to do with the limit. I'm using the 250Mbps unmetered package, not the 3TB one. Plus this server has been running only for a total of 6-7 hours. So I doubt the connection will be throttled so soon.
