How many slots can a single E3-1230 v3 core handle @ 128-ticks

In my region server hardware are pretty old so this is the best I can get within my budget. Anyone knows what this old cpu is capable of?

E3-1230 v3 - 3.3Ghz base and 3.7Ghz turbo.

Also with 100mbps will I be able to maximize the usage of this cpu?

Most likely 4 CS:GO servers:
24 slots @ 128 tick
36 slots @ 64 tick

My old machine had this CPU.

I ran 6 servers. My 128 tick servers capped out @ 22 slots. My 64 tick servers capped @ 40 slots.

Interesting. Just for analytics... Do you remember what OS/Distro and kernel you were using?
I have a few servers on this CPU currently.

Thanks guys! Looks like this is powerful enough for me. Although out of curiosity how much does architecture affect the performance?

Also, will I be able to maximize the usage of this cpu with a 100mbps port?
