Lookup how to get the sequences as well, I believe you can in hammer or model viewer.
It'll take some trial and error to discover the right sequence number if it exists.

Here is 2 stomp animations for zoey.
445 // ACT_MELEE_STOMP_RIFLE_WALK
444 // ACT_MELEE_STOMP_RIFLE_IDLE

They do exist the rest you can get your self.
Also there is a cvar the enable stomping but i remember there was a problem with instakilling witches so i don't use it (no sourcemod plugin required)

Thanks, is this working with other survivor?
EDIT: And is there a bind key to stomp down common when they are lying on the ground, or not?

I'm not sure if all the survivors have animations you will have to check with hl2 model viewer, i just had there as a comment for maybe future stuff

You don't need to bind a key, i think it was for back when l4d0(beta by TRS) was working on it, it is dependen on shoving single common infected and would stomp them.

As i said there is a cvar and with a quick search of the cvars searching "stomp" this cvar appeared

quick question is the OP plugin supposed to create a .cfg file? because i saw none despite the OP saying there is 1 cvar for this plugin.

Why not do the smartest thing and instead of making the infected commit suicide when stomped, just use SDKHooks_TakeDamage on the infected? Not only is it the best method in general, it is good for modded servers with !buy.
