Rockets spawn before round starts, Rockets are very hard to orbit. Whats the problem?

Some maps have dodgey round timers, meaning the maps "round" starts before the actual "round" making rockets spawn.

And bad configs are a likely cause of them being hard to orbit, reduce turnrate or something.

I can not see the speed HUD where it tells you how fast it is, and it doesn't say in the chat how fast it wwas when it kills?
