Maybe it's not what your asking for but this:
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=143410 is a plugin to give flags to a steam group, it works quite well, bad news are it only works for 2009 source games, L4d2 does not work, I think.

Hey Guys,
my problem is i can´t use {R}(Red) as CT and {B}(Blue) as T.
It change automaticly to Green.
Here is a Screen of it and the Cfg

Pls help me.

Problem/bugs:

1. Doesn't work with steam_ID
2. Reloading plugins will make admins loose their tags and colors until restart map.

Yes it does and no it doesn't... What is your config and what game are you using this on? I have over 60 tags all attached to different SteamIDs and it works fine.

Hi,

It seems that when I update to this version, the alive players can't see the dead players with tags chat. Any other way i can make dead players with tags chat view-able to the alive players?
