Using AMX_VOTEBAN for a nonsteam counter-strike server.

I use a non steam counters-strike server, and I need help, becouse amx_voteban bans by steam id, and on an non steam version all steam id's are the same, I woild like to know how to change that amx_voteban would ban by ip, not by steam id. Thank you.
I am also using amx bans 4, that lets me to ban players by ip.

i dont know how it is in other country, but here in sweden the ip is changing all the time, if you dont buy a static ip...

so i wouldent recommend it, and why are you useing a non steam?

Its the same in 99.9% of the places. You pay extra for an ip that stays the same.

He probably uses non-steam because he doesn't have a valid HL1 CDkey

Hmz, I'm from lithuania, and we don't pay extra for static ip, and we use cs non-steam becouse it's free, and I do have a valid HL1 cd-key but I don't need it, becouse everyone in my city use non-steam versions.
Youl say go and play to other servers, but I am the admin of the only server in our city, so I can't, I need to think about others to

I still hope someone can help me, if not, I'll have to delete the amd_voteban command

Ask the devs, they probably have a WON version of AMXX. You can also change the mode if I'm not mistaken, so that you ban by IP. Since you apparently have a static IP, and so does everyone in your city, you should be able to do this.

yes i did... he said he does not pay extra for static ip and uses a non steam sever because its free when steam dedicated sever is free
