I'm having some trouble with sv & var when the server is full (24/24)
My server provider said there isn't any limit for cpu, ram etc..
Ws&gloves&mostactive& kxnrl store&rankme installed
Sometimes the net_graph 5 shows 2700+ tempents and usermessages
The VAR usually stay under 10
When I'm alone on the server the sv still on 2.X
When the server is full, the sv suddenly jumping between 10-30 sometimes 40

The more important information would be who your host is and what setup they are using. Sounds like you're being provided a single use server for CS:GO, correct? In which case you don't have control over determining the performance of the machine but only the server. If your server is running at 64 tickrate you don't need to change any rates, CS:GO does a better job now handling those then they did in the past, though as always, do what works best for you. If your server is at 64 as you hinted at in your original post, there should be no reason the server is performing so poorly from those few plugins you mentioned. It would most likely be that your provider is either overselling the machine you are on or their machine is too under-powered to host CS:GO properly. Try and find out what processor the machine you are using has.
