Hey dudes,

I've joined my own servers 30 mins ago and my servers are all 3 laggy as fuck. It's unplayable.
Meanwhile, in the console it's spamming this error message :
Warning: Pure server: file [GAME]\pak01_000.vpk does not match the server's file.
So, i've put down my servers and launched a VPK sync with open game panel but it did not change anything.

Does anyone here had this problem before or has a solution to this ?

Verify your own game cache files.
Validate your server files (step 4).
