Anyone can help me please ?

I build a srcds server with fixed ip, it can show up on server list of
FAVORITES and LAN,but never on INTERNET:
(see TEST NAME, game = L4D2.)



When I launch the server ,most time it's empty,
seems players can't access to my server by a lobby search.
And only when I join to my server,other players can find my
server then join with me rapidly.

Anyone can tell me why and how to fix it please ? Thanks!

have you tried putting heartbeat as last line in autoexec?

I put heartbeat in server.cfg not autoexe.cfg :

I'm also installed heartbeat trigger to send heartbeat automatically,
and this is what I received :

FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented running command: heartbeat

Some forum say that heartbeat is only theoretically,not practically.
Here I guess it's not working... O_o !

sv_lan is set to 0?

For that matter, since when did L4D2 servers show up in the server browser at all? One of the major gripes early on in the game's lifetime (for L4D and L4D2) was that you couldn't save servers in the server browser as some lame attempt by Valve to force you to use the lobby system.

how bout you try putting heartbeat as last line in autoexec?

autoexec is executed every server restart, server.cfg is executed at every map change... so if ur server isn't on the list the second it goes live, it sure won't get on that list at a mere map change

Okay, so it's normal for my server is not on the tag of INTERNET ?
I tried to put heartbeat at last line in autoexec and nothing have change.

No matter my server should or not on that list, my problem is
Nobody join to my server, unless I join my server by
"mm_dedicated_force_servers" or "connect" to it directly first ,
then other players magically can "see" my server, and join my game so quickly.

I'm so confuse now...o_O !
