HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have own myself a srcds server running the game L4D2.
and I just installed some anti-cheat plugins like
smac_rcon or smac_commands,and smac_kac_banlist also.

I played with friends in my own server and input a command
in console: rcon_heartbeat ---trying to send a heartbeat.
Then I got banned permanently from my own server!!!

I had set my admin level at 99:z,I think I should immunity from it !?

Now I can't log into my own server,said I got banned permanently.
Can anyone HELP ME PLEASE !!!!

You probably had the wrong rcon_password specified and hit the max rcon fails.

Remove your IP from banned_ip.cfg and reboot the server.

I think I found a way to solve it, I forgot to add myself on whitelist.
