because there doenst supposed to be a file called like that, its the ep2v one

TF2 is an Episode 2 Valve game. As such, a TF2-specific version would be named cleaner.ext.2.ep2v.dll.

(The first 2 is used on all games except those based on HL2 and HL2: Episode 1)

EDIT: unless youre talking about the cleaner.cfg?

There's a cleaner.autoload included in the zip, you need that in your extensions directory or else Cleaner won't automatically load.
