compile it with another regex . you can try to find which regex is perfect for you right here https://mathiasbynens.be/demo/url-regex

Is there a way to be able to use this plugin with smac_client.smx? When i disable smac_client it doesn't kick my mnembers but when its enabled it kicks my clients if the plugin renames them.

I found a BUG.

I downloaded the latest version here: https://github.com/Totenfluch/SmartLinkRemover

It even locks the links if someone tries to join the server.

But I configured link allowed in the SmartLink_whitelist.cfg config and even then it will not, when the player enters the plugin it changes his nick.

there is a small bug, i don't really know if it's a bug tho, anyway the IPs on names aren't removed.

The plugin states that it removes links from player names, not IP addresses. I can't see anywhere that it mentions it also removes IP addresses.

On the other hand though, you can probably always argue about that IP addresses are as valid as domains/hostnames IN LINKS. However, an IP address alone isn't really a "link".

As the plugin description does not mention that it also removes IP addresses, the most logical way for anyone would be not to believe that it does.

I have never ever seen a player with an IP as a name. That's why I's not a feature.

This isn't true, if there is an empty server owner he will put his server ip on the nickname and join random full servers and spam, messages and voice chat telling people to join his server the ip is on name ... and if there is no admin online, no one can ban him.

So, can you add this feature to your plugin please ? thank's in advence if you do that ^^ :p

+1 on this, smac_client doesn't like the way this plugin renames people.
