Why do you think that it is exactly this aimbot?
Why do you think it is not detected by VAC? VAC bans are delaied by up to 2 weeks, so someone using this cheat can be flagged for cheating already but is simply not banned until now.

I don't know if he will be banned at all, all i wanted to state is that you cannot know if he will be banned by VAC for using this cheat. VAC bans are allways delaied. Valve does this to leave cheaters in a grey area so they don't know if their cheat is already detected or not. They do this to catch more cheaters with one update.
