Hey I need help on fastdl for cs1.6 I used hosting Plan for my sub domain and I put on my cstrike folder with wad maps models sound and sprites but once I put the link in my server .cfg sv_downloadurl vicinitygaming.com/cstrike last time I used 000webhost it work but then I zfer my files to hostiner it stopped working any help

You need to set

sv_allowupload "1"
sv_allowdownload "1"
sv_downloadurl "http://123 321/cstrike"

Also as far as I know, 000webhost has a specific rule which restricts such uses of the website.

000webhost is not as good as it was before, try another.
