Not as far as I've heard. I certainly hope they remember to add it soon; the game launches in 2 weeks.

Is it sad that I'm tempted to preorder it just so I can test plugins for it?

Same here. I'm ashamed of myself.

There's going to be a huge update in the next few hours

The menus not taking input while dead or otherwise observing seems to be fixed now after the update yesterday.

I didn't notice that... maybe I didn't update correctly, I still couldn't select a menu item (for nextmap vote) while dead

I'm hearing mixed reports, but it was definitely working for me where it was not before.

So I ended up wiping a GO server I have when this update came out because we had some issues with our server host. Currently I got metamod and sourcemod installed and everything is seemingly in the right location.

Things like nextmap and so on work but when I type something like sm_admin it says the command is unknown. Not just restricted to me and I have a problem with my admins file, it just says the command doesn't exist.

Any ideas on how to fix this or what I did wrong?

with snapshot 3603 I cannot press any numbers for the SM menu when I'm dead or spectating... only when I take control of a bot or am alive otherwise

That has been an issue for a while now, I just sort of learned to deal with it and figured it would be fixed in the final release.
