DYSTOPIA ONLY!

What it does
This plugin shows the Spawnqueue of the Team to their players.
- its only active when queue is not empty and player is not dead (otherwise he would see the normal info)
- changes the color of the output if spawntime exceed 20s (orange), 30s (red)

just load it
