For the RCON error, I never poinpointed the origin. It might be due to IP ban on the server, an RCON Auth error or some non-handled cases in the plugin's RCON protocol. This only affect the "follow" advert.

For the A2S error, the refreshed server might not have been reachable during the request (eg: server down or network error). Error 111 is "Connection refused"
