Just to clarify, this is exactly what I want:

Its a screenshot from other server.
Ignore the white boxes, those are irrelevant.
I just want the top timeleft, radar, and the side names (which I posted in my first post) to be gone when I'm spectating.
There's no question whether its possible or not.
This server in the screenshot above is also running custom gamemode just like me.

I have no idea what the setting is.
As I said I've went through most of the cvars and didn't find anything.

But it seems like m_iHideHUD does not have any effect when you're spectating.
I've tried to tweak the values but nothing works for spec.
