I put everything on the guide and my server dont turn zombie.... what am i missing something?

Make sure your sourcemod and zombie mod is running, type in sm plugins list in your server console and see if it says unknown command,unknown command means your sourcemod isn't running, make sure you have installed sourcemod correctly and try again, if it does show check if zombie mod is running.

i just did all this and the zombie skins show up purple.
Can you please tell me what i have done wrong.

I might have missed a step, but purple zombie skins is caused by the material folder not loading. You can try fix this by adding this to your downloads.txt file located at csgo/addons/sourcemod/configs/zr/.

Im not exactly sure if not adding this is the cause. Just try it out and let me know

If Im not mistaken, for some reason you need restart game (or reconnect to server) for completely load models...

My source mod is lastest also i put everything zombie reloaded at source mod folder and some reason it doesnt appear on sm plugins list... very odd
