[TF2] Fix for the Witcher 2 preorder item crash

Valve gave the Witcher 2 preorder items (1 2 3) out to players before releasing an updated items_game.txt to the clients. If a player spawns with one of these items, the server will crash.

This plugin will block those items from being equipped. Requires TF2Items.

Can you post a compiled version of it?

Edit: Nevermind, valve updated the servers so this is no longer needed. Thanks anyways.
