... is it possible for this plugin to mute everyone when an admin with full power speaks...

...so that im not drowned out by anyone else talking... and once im done talking... everyone can speak freely again...??

Which Access Flags are required to define 'administrator'

I wish to use the plugin beyond its intended function to give access only to certain predefined players (Players who have donated in some way) and I am using access flags 'B' & 'F' to define these players.

Do I need to give them additional access flags? or will this be enough?

i think this is outdated because it doesnt work on my server as well.
