The plugin itself doesn't have problems. However players shouldn't always be able to vote for survival, otherwise griefers can use it to vote for survival on a map that doesn't have it, and that can cause weird problems.

Is there a way for the plugin to detect if the current map is a survival one so survival doesn't show up in the menu?

Or at the very least, adding a cvar in which we can put the modes that we want to appear in the menu, and then use map specific configs to tweak that for every map.

It should be possible some how, I can't think right now but maybe some SDKCall could detect valid maps. Alternatively I think you can just disable Survival in the config or something? I haven't checked how this plugin works in years.

Rikka0w0 did this for l4d2_mission_manager no sdkcalls just parsed the mission.txt files there is include you can use for this.

I don't mean the menu config, I mean the auto generated cfg. If I remove survival from that config, it will simply be not there for everything. I don't want that. I want survival not to appear on maps like c1m1_hotel where there is no survival part, but also having it appear on c1m4_atrium.

Using this plugin now unfortunately means giving griefers a tool to fuck the server up, unless I remove survival, which I don't like either. I will just wait this one out for an update.
