I need disable sounds of shots.
Somebody will be able to write this plugin?

Not really with plugins.
Sounds are client side

(cl) EmitSound:  'Weapon_USP.Single' emitted as ')weapons/usp/usp_unsil-1.wav' (ent 1)

Don't know, can change weapon sound like M4a1 or USP silenced... need edit weapon files in server.
