Im looking for a plugin that has the commands below.

When i view my server through HLSW, and i select someone on the server, i see a dropdown list of various options. here is a list of those options and the commands they represent:

move player to spec (sm_spec)
respawn player (sm_respawn)
change players team (sm_team)
give player armor (sm_armour)
give player health (sm_hp)
disarm a player (sm_disarm)

There are more but these are a few that might help you know what plugins im missing to have these =)

EDIT: it allows me to execute the command, but in console it shows this:
