Please check the sm_hosties_mute cvar (it currently only mutes terrorists):

i don't know why but lates mattie's update of es for css don't work with sm_hosties...
sm_hosties just sayd me that i have es_tools on server =\
i thought that i was so stupid and install it... but no es_tools was on server...

The check for ES_Tools is done with a search for the est_version convar. If it exists, you have ES_Tools.

I know that but I want the Ct's to be quiet too.

Abou !checkplayers, my bad... I was used to a pop-up menu with all the alive T's and the designation [REBEL] [NON REBEL], but the pop up list in sm_hosties only appear when there is at least 1 Rebel. I apologyse for that.

Another thing you could add, slay/ban a CT that kills x number of non rebelling t's.

I have seen all your suggestions, I will try to add all of them some time...

I think there is a bug with the current version where if you are in LR, and suicide... the LR continues, beacons continue... etc. Even can be carried through rounds until both players die.

I even connected to the server when it was completely empty, joined CT and was immediately given a beacon as if I was in an LR.

Any ideas?

I have seen something like that myself when the LR started after the round_end event and before the round_start event (when only one person is on the server and another one joins, then the game starts, and just before the spawn the T starts a LR)...
That would be quite easilly resolved, though, with just a simple LR-block boolean set to true on round_end and false on round_start.
