its already 95% working, a couple of bugs likely to find and fix

The plugin currently is TF2 only, due to the SteamTools only working with TF2.

Ill check the code for the title, it should be TF2, if its ANY then its a mistake, its only for TF2 right now

I guess it distinguishes it as a sourcemod plugin, other than that theres pretty much no appreciable difference as far as i know, except that many people know !kick, /kick, sm_kick etc
