[Description]

Bind A Key To +mic to talk with players. When you hold the key down and then let go of it, you will not be able to talk for the amount of time you were talking for. Every second you are talking, is another second you will be punished from talking.

note - displays the punish time on the center of the screen

If Your An Admin, You Can Talk Normally Using Your +voicerecord command, And Will Not Be Punished From Talking.

Purpose:
This plugin handles voice spamming well and keeps spamming to a minimum by punishing particular players.

Cvars
vp_enabled (0/1) default:1(on) - If Voice Punisher Is Enabled Or Not
vp_maxtime default:20(seconds) - How Long A Player Can Talk For Before Punished
