This allows for colored streams that follow players.

UPDATED to v1.2:

• Fixed a typo bug which only checked the x-component of users' velocities

UPDATED to v1.1:

• Fixed a bug where multiple streams could be made on top of each other
• Streams disappear instantly when you turn them off
• Thanks to p3tsin for a tip to help fix this stuff

Commands:

stream ### - Each # is the red, green, and blue component of the desired color. Values range from 0 to 9.

Example:
For a nice red-orange stream type:
stream 920

should add an if(is_user_alive(id)) to fix the spec thing, and I guess this is a unique enough trailmod to be approved. Maybe should add a CVAR to enable/disable the trails.
