It's just for reliability. Once i faced with zero id within Death event so i try to not rely on any forward function.

Yea, but you see that is a valid number for the DeathMsg event. A player could die by jumping off a building, etc; meaning there was no other killer. But the only value that can be passed with this forward is a player index 1 to 32.

Yep, valid but not for victim. And i got it for victim because of some bug in external plugin.

Concerning current plugin, team select absence still occure (at least on listen server) . Need to do some tweaks with delays. I hope.
