Compiling Modules on Windows?

on the following files:
Code:
util.h
dllapi.h
engineapi.h
saverestore.h
cbase.h
basemonster.h
It comes up with a few different errors such as syntax and parse... anyone know the problem?

it doesnt matter, i have tried with 3 different modules and they come up with the same errors in the files...

Im doing fine with visual studio compiler, but I get a bunch of errors in amxmodx's string.h

Trying to compile modules, I get ctype errors too

well im compiling on linux i think gcc-2.95.2 not sure...

well how m i supposed to check on linux? lol its Red Hat Linux 7, also running my webserver, and it came with a package so i wouldnt really know...
