[TF2] Add/Remove Conditon
Description
Add and remove conditions on targets
This supports the other Team Fortress 2 variants aswell.
Commands
1. sm_addcond <target> <condition number id> <time/seconds- Add a condition to the specified target. Optionally in seconds
3. sm_removecond <target> <condition number id> - Remove a condition from the specified target
ConVars
1. sm_addcond_chat - Determine if only the client or everyone can see the condition outputs. Default:

1. Merge sm_addcond and sm_addcond2 into one.

Dependencies
You will need
sm_addcond.inc file to compile the plugin, found inside the scripting folder in the zip you downloaded.
