[TF2][Request] Individual damage modifier

I've been looking for quite a while for a plugin that can modify a player's overall damage output individually, (name, @all, @bots, etc.). Kind of like how the Resize plugin does that to people with different sizes.

Edit: The command would be something like this

sm_damage_factor <name/target-filter> <0.0-20.0>

And it would be saved between class/team changes or deaths.

Dunno if it exists but it was easy enough to write. Try it out.

sm_damage <client> <float damage> (E.G sm_damage @all 0.5 will make everyone do 50% damage output)

I think it can be done one round at the end
