This problem is often happening when a player reaches over 40 or more minutes on the server he becomes the problem and once you kick him out of the game, people can join again. I have seen alot on my servers when there is like 3 people in and one person has over 1 hour and the message appear.

Right now im having this problem with my dedicated at home it spams this in console like 10 messages per sec.

UTIL_GetListenServerHost() called from a dedicated server or single-player game.
