UPDATE:

Now checks for admin powers before initializing plugin (this should prevent players from loosing their messages but admins might still - will work to fix that)

Also new ban command - Im not home right now so here is the best i could do

Example: !ban bishop ~ plugin generates a random num of bantime - sry for the inconvience of not being able to select ur own number but at the moment im not home

PS: compiles right but haven't had chance to test because, like you probably guessed, im not home lol.

i will test this once again..Ok the bug with the talkign to all is still not working for either partys... But the #,~ commands might greatly have somthing to do with that. Maybe removing these could solve alot of bugs.

I updated once again ~ can't really do much tho. Like i said im not home and won't be untill late monday. So it would be nice if you could test this again for me . Thx Froxen.

that doing @r blah blah blah in game (via say) without this plugin already gives you a csay message?

Your plugin is just re adding a feature already in the base amx mod x plugins.

actually i never knew that lol. Okay well thats gone. Thank you baller. I haven't been home and i had know way to test anythign and i really need to look at what commands are already there.

Okay updated version now... works fine for me... i can say WTF!!! and eveyone see it... everyone else can chat... etc.
