I played CS:S about 2 or 3 years ago. I have a CS:GO community server with medium playerbase, but it doesn't matter now. I got an idea about a plugin that I have already seen. So the plugin like, when a player dies an effect happens that is very similar to this http://addons.eventscripts.com/addons/fullimage/414

Does anybody know this plugin's name or any ideas about it,
