when people run and hit crouch at the same time, so its harder to aim/hit them.

Can someone also make a mod so that when I place my crosshair on them they freeze and drop all their weapons?

there are actually rules against that for cal and cevo.
those servers run off of zblock for cal and cevo has a gui.

but neither of them use admin plugins.
