hmm you sure have a lot of plugins... I don't want to assume conclusions right now, but that amount of plugins can be the problem. Try disabling some 3rd party plugins and test if that improves your ping.

Even though I made these tests on a local server, if there was a problem with the plugin itself conflicting with this mod, it would happen to me too, which it didn't. Now, I don't really know what is the problem here, so the best thing I can tell you is to reinstall the server (believe me, it happened to me a lot and when I did, it solved this kind of problem).

I use the original amxx to keep testing repeatedly and get some answers.

In server.cfg, back to default setting : sv_minrate 0 sv_maxrate 0 sv_maxupdaterate 30

However, plug-ins that only replace models do not have a lasting effect on these parameters.

Well, I use [CS] Player Models API in order to improve the performance and to reduce crashes on round start. As I said before, I don't think my plugin is the problem here because I already tested under the same conditions and nothing abnormal happened.

P.S.: For this test I used steamcmd to download the last hlds version and then I installed the last stable version of Amx Mod X and Metamod, so it's a server that I didn't modify anything.

That's no problem
In addition, can CT and T skins be merge into one? Just buy one skin and both teams can use it in zp mode.
