How much should i expect ?

i'm getting new internet and speed will be both 10 mbps download / upload and 3-4ms ping ?

System Spec :-
pentium dual core 2.7ghz
4gb ddr3 ram
amd r7-240 ddr5 1gb

How many server can i host with this system ?

10 MBps is not that much, also Ping is not relevant.
Also it's not recommended to host from home (especially on the computer you use).
