This is weird. My client FPS drops when I'm looking at players.
Is this normal, or it is a client, or server problem?
Note that fps drops even further when there are lots of players, for example, 25 terrorists in the cells

Server is running pretty constant at 700~800fps with a couple of drops, but none lower than 150fps, so that shouldn't be an issue

This happens on every map and it's, I think, a new issue. Only renderings are from glow

Sounds like a client problem for me.

It's problem of ugly GPU (Video Card).
I faced this problem on Intel HD Graphics 4000 and some old ATI Video Card (I don't remember model).

I think it might be my settings being messed up
resources can't be a problem, I can run games like Split Second or Dota2 at higher than medium(isn't much, but enough for CS)

The problem still occurs tho, it's weird. I'll grab a default cs

theorically, Intel graphic cards are nice. in practice, they have some bugs about some specific games (like the lights in GoldSrc games).

this is yet to be fixed for me
it's not a gpu issue, I run 512mb at 256bit, cs:go works smoother than cs 1.6 for me

is it the configs, or the server?
because I only care if it's the server
note that there's no crap like curweapon or prethink(except for wallclimb) used

Well, you could try joining a different server and see if you experience the same FPS drops there. If you don't then it most certainly is a problem with the server.

This can happen with good NVIDIA, GPU's too, when there are more than 15 players on Glow... ( tested )
