Neither is a prerequisite. This tutorial is bare bones and only meant to be used as a basic model for modules.

By this point the most important step has been done. It would be pointless to include something unused, which isn't even that hard to do yourself.

How has it been done already if you have started off by creating a new project? You have included adding dependencies to the project in a step after creating a fresh new project, but haven't made any steps on how to do it and the way you are setting up a project differs a lot from other articles where adding dependencies is explained.
It may not be hard for me to do, but I don't see what's stopping you from including that step. Me personally, I don't know how to properly add the dependencies and adapt to the way I setup my project through your steps.

When I said this I meant in the end of the tutorial, so you misunderstood me. Aside of that I added a picture in case including a file isn't obvious, and references to MM/HL SDK as well. But when it comes to other prerequisites, tell me, which ones must I include? All of them?

You have already made it clear which references should be added, but adding links is a good bonus, so this is an improvement. lol
However, I meant that you never included any step(s) for linking them to the project in order to adapt to your method of creating a new project.
