I want to stop a message from a player's screen, this is because sometimes the voting message gets stuck on the player's screen, so I would like to remove it from his screen to fix it.

There isn't one. You have to send another message to the user to get rid of the voting screen.

If things haven't changed in the past few years, those would be the VoteFail or VotePass usermessages.

VoteFail takes a single argument: A byte with the team number. 255 / -1 refers to all teams iirc.

VotePass takes 3 arguments: A byte with the team number, a string with a game translation name (such as "#L4D_vote_passed_restart_game"), and another string (which may be blank) that will replace the %s1 in the previous translation string in the game's translation files.
