Now I have unloaded all Plugins and only loaded the Hats one.
For some odd Reason, the Effects are working on all Normal Hats now (leaving the Color intact), but if you try to modify an unusual Hat, it completly removes all effects.

A single item can't have multiple copies of the same attribute.
