Meow Meow: / Plugin Description:
Meow. / With this plugin, players' scouts turn into a conc gun that gives them a boost.

Meows: / Cvars:

scout_conc 800.0  // how much force the gun pushes ( set to 0 to turn off )
scout_radius 300.0  // radius of the conc explosion
scout_nofall 1|0  // ( on | off )
scout_fx 0|1|2|3  // no effects | big explosion | small explo. | both explos.
scout_iammo 1|0  // infinate ammo for scout ( on | off )

- Why the event is not registered directly with the scout id ?
- I would prefer to use MSG_PVS for explosion.
- 'stock' label are pointless here.
- You can use the offset 368 to retrieve weapon index.
- More optional but I would like to see the explosion pull out a bit from wall.
- ( I hate cvars, I would prefer command so we can avoid to call native a lot of times )
