Everytime anyone tries to unban someone from our sourcebans page it gives us this error. It only randomly started showing up three of four days ago. Any idea how to fix it?

Run the /updater folder to update your database and add that new field to the sb_mods table.
You only replaced the files when updating to 1.4.10 but didn't update the database.
