Check did srcds.exe created in same folder (...orangebox/) file named steam_appid.txt.
If not, then do manually and add same SteamAppID what found inside ...orangebox/tf/gameinfo.txt,
what is 440 for TF2.

If file exist already there and have SteamAppID, check do it have something to do with CHMOD or such...

He means changing file permissions (CHMOD is a Unix command).

Damit, i'm using windows, and all my server run plugins and extensions who i allredy know, as i said i tested it with a default sv and got same problem, i'm needing some fast help if someone experenced in SRCDS can add me on steam and help me would be perfect, idk what but i think is something in the machine, the strange thing is the machine run things who usualy don't cause problems and who run in my other machine, who mean is not the machine @.@, another thing, after a hardware change the problem is back (few days ago), after a completely format and remade all sv from 0, the problem is back, i'm getting crazy with this insane thing who is fking my mind T.T

I don't know why people have made this so hard for you.

Simple fix
- Create "steam_appid.txt" in HLServer/<game> (for TF2 I put mine in 'orangebox')
- Open that file, enter the APP ID for the game you require (TF2: 440 - Find out how to get yours : https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...3729-WFJZ-4175)
- Save
- Launch your server.
- Move on with your life.

If that fails:
- Goto c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
- Copy steamclient.dll
- Paste in your HLServer >GAME< folder (eg \orangebox\tf)

If that fails: scream FML
