We normally game with 2-3 humans on one team vs 15-20 bots on the other team.

But with cs go it looks like it now takes half of the max slots and
breaks it up per team giving a max of 10 per team.

This means I pay for 20 slots (gameservers.com) but can only use 10 for bots.

Is there any way around this?

I tried all of the related setting in gamemodes_server.txt.
I am running in classic competitive.
