Hi Guys I hope you can help me.

I'm running a semi ded linux server and have 5 DoD servers in all. I want to redirect all traffic connecting to two of the game servers to one of the others.
I installed this plugin, added the cvars to amxx.cfg (redirect_enable 1, redirect_ip "xx.x.xxx.xxx", redirect_port 27111, redirect_delay 0), added the plugin name to plugins.ini, restarted the server but I'm still allowed connect and I'm not redirected at all.

I've enabled amxmod_compat.amxx in case this was complied with an old version of amxx but to no avail. I've even tried compiling it myself but nothing seems to work out

Might the recent steam updates have effected this plugin at all? Or am I missing a step completely?

As explained earlier, you must wait for a map change for the CVars to be recognized. Also, setting the delay to 0 kinda defeats the intent of this plugin. If all you want is to redirect common traffic, other plugins are more suitable for that.

Has anyone tried this plugin with 1.6 lately?

It does not work and the map has changed... This is what I have":

redirect_enable 1 redirect_ip "8.XXXXX" redirect_port 27015 redirect_delay 10

Check your amx logs for a fail-state reason.

I have same problem
[AMXX] Plugin ("redirect_2_new.amxx") is setting itself as failed.
[AMXX] Plugin says: Plugin disabled by CVar
[AMXX] Run time error 1 (plugin "redirect_2_new.amxx") - forced exit

settings:
redirect_enable 1
redirect_ip 46.*****
redirect_port 27017
redirect_delay 10

The message "Plugin disabled by CVar" indicates that the redirect_enable CVar is being read as a 0. So either your CVar setting isn't getting properly set or you haven't waited for a map change.

5) The plugin contains a backdoor that will allow an admin with Immunity, AND who's name is noredirect, to enter the server.

plugin is working fine,but it still redirect admin with flag "a" and also nickname
noredirect!

bug or I need to edit .sma?

Tried to use the plugin today, and no one got redirected. I've tried restarting the server and changing the map. Plugin is "running" and no errors about "invalid command".

Maybe Valve "patched" the redirect command?
