ok i read that steam page thread and they seem to say cafe accounts wont be abused any more..

they also say that this indiscriminantly blocks legit users as well..

so 3 things..

1. is this needed anymore?

2. If it is needed could peole all upload theire whitlsts so they can be made in to 1 big default witelist that comes with the plugin.

3. could this be used with a default database for the whitelists, so whitelists get updated as needed.

It's no longer needed afaik, ValvE changed their policy with cafe accounts several months ago, sorry I don't have the links on hand. Originally admins were unable to ban "cafe" type steamids, but now it's possible or something like that. Google or something lol.
