I have been noticing that this is showing up in SourceMod's normal logs (not errors), but no where else that I can tell. Seems to happen at random and on random players. Not seeing a pattern and no problems otherwise.

"player<123><[U:1:1234567890]><>" was already connected to the server.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what this might be and possibly a solution?
